Q. Is the artsonfilm archive Shibboleth enabled?

A.We have a new artsonfilm web site archive which is Shibboleth enabled. This new web site is still in development

and you are welcome to test it at http://artsonfilm-beta.wmin.ac.uk

Q. I cannot see the watch button

A. To watch the movies in this archive you need to belong to ac.uk domain in your institution.

Q. I still cannot see the watch button from an ac.uk institution

A. Your dns is probably not set up properly in your institution. You will need to contact your local administrators

for support with this.

Q. Quicktime reports forbidden when clicking on the link

A. The firewall in your institution is blocking port 554 UDP/TCP and quicktime is not a able to revert to streaming over http. If your institution does not allow streaming in your firewall ou may need to configure quicktime to connect to the proxy of your institution.
